Delivery Information
Delivery lead times vary by radiator style and are clearly displayed on each product page.
If your order contains multiple items with different lead times, the longest lead time will apply to the entire shipment.
Delivery Charges
UK Mainland: FREE on orders over £1,000
Highlands, Islands & Channel Islands: £200
Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland: £100 (price includes customs clearance formalities)
Important Delivery Terms
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Kerbside Delivery:
Delivery is made to street-level access only. For insurance reasons, drivers are not permitted to carry radiators into your property or beyond the delivery point. Please ensure that sufficient assistance is available at the delivery address to move the goods safely.
Access Conditions:
Our delivery vehicles are insured for use on public highways only. Deliveries will be made to the nearest accessible point. Please inform us in advance of any access restrictions, such as narrow roads, low bridges or limited turning space.
Installation:
We strongly recommend that you do not book a plumber or installer until your goods have been delivered and inspected.
