High output radiators

Why Choose Our High Output Radiators?

A high output radiator is not a larger version of a standard unit. It requires a different calculation. Where a standard panel transfers heat from a limited surface area at high water temperatures, a multi-column or triple-panel unit achieves the same room temperature across a larger surface at lower flow temperatures. The output is comparable, but the demand on the boiler—or heat pump—is not. This matters in rooms with solid external walls, where heat loss through the structure is continuous and significant. A standard radiator compensates only by running at maximum capacity, which is neither efficient nor reliable. In open-plan spaces, the volume of air requires more surface to maintain a stable temperature than a single standard panel can provide. In heat pump installations, the system operates at 40–50°C, and a standard radiator delivers significantly less than its rated output. In these cases, surface area is what resolves the problem.

Because every unit is built to order, dimensions and pipe connections are specified to suit the actual wall and existing infrastructure. This allows for precise alignment with your pipework without awkward runs or layout sacrifices. Technical performance supports design choice. Over 200 RAL colours are included as standard. Every unit carries a five-year guarantee with mainland UK delivery included. The radiator is specified to match the heat loss.
